It’s a relaxed environment open to all ages and abilities to enjoy ice skating. It’s our most popular session which is available 7 days a week.
Billingham is lucky to have such a great leisure facility. We love the ice rink and prices are very reasonable for a fun activity all the family enjoys! Staff always friendly and helpful . Definitely recommend!
Trip Advisor Review
A fantastic environment for families to spend quality time together on the ice in this fun filled session.
Family Freeze sessions are aimed at families, especially with younger children, who would like to skate in relaxed surroundings. Stability penguins and snowmen are available to hire to keep little ones on their feet and to help build confidence. Sessions are on every Thursday and Friday after school – check the timetable for times.
Really good session, the kids and my husband and I loved it.

I thought our youngest child would struggle and find it difficult but the stability penguins made all the difference and she ended up loving it.

Kids rule the ice at this under 16's disco! Let the kids enjoy a mid-week treat so they can socialise on the ice and listen to some chart toppers at Billingham Forum Ice Arena.
Ice Age offers the perfect environment for under 16’s to meet up with their mates and skate to all the latest chart hits in an upbeat environment. It’s on every Wednesday so you won’t have to wait an Ice Age until the next session.
I finally allowed my daughter to go to junior disco. I stayed and had a coffee in the cafe while she enjoyed herself with friends. I'm happy for her to visit every week now I know it's a safe and friendly place.
