Put simply… a session open to all, just turn up and skate. Whether you’re a first timer or a seasoned professional you will have a fun and memorable experience. It’s a relaxed environment open to all ages and abilities to enjoy ice skating. It’s our most popular session which is available 7 days a week.
A fantastic environment for families to spend quality time together on the ice in this fun filled session. Family Freeze sessions are aimed at families, especially with younger children, who would like to skate in relaxed surroundings. Stability penguins and snowmen are available to hire to keep little ones on their feet and to help build confidence. Sessions are on every Thursday after school – check the timetable for times.
Skate for less on Monday evenings! This fabulous ladies only (ages 11+) session is a great way to keep fit, learn new skills and socialise with friends. Simply turn up on any Monday evening session 19:15 – 20:15 (excludes Bank Holidays) and have fun on the rink! Skate hire is also included.
Get your Pulse racing every Friday night at the coolest Ice Party in the North! Let your hair down after a long week and skate into the weekend. Playing all the latest club hits combined with our popular versus nights. Think Beyoncé V's Lady Gaga or Taylor Swift V's Katy Perry! Whether you chill with your mates or party out on the ice, your weekend doesn’t start till you have been to Pulse Friday's.
The ultimate UV Party on ice featuring a live DJ playing all the biggest hits. The ice arena will be flooded with UV lighting plus get your free UV face paint and glow sticks! Don't forget to dress in your brightest, most florescent clothes so you really stand out from the crowd!
SNAPS consists of a wonderful group of parents and carers of young people with various disabilities/complex and additional needs who provide term time and holiday activities. Activities are provided for the whole family with children and young adults with special or additional needs who are located in the Tees Valley area. Join us on the ice every Friday morning.
Patch Ice time is suitable for figure skaters who have achieved a certain standard and individuals who are undertaking private lessons with our ice coaches. It is an ideal time to practice spins, jumps and dances for up and coming competitions. Session times are not displayed on the timetable so please ask the reception team or ice coach for more information.
