Welcome to Billingham Forum Ice Arena
Get your skates on at the North East’s premier Ice Arena located within Billingham Forum at the heart of Billingham town centre. We welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors each year and we can’t wait for you to visit too!
Come along to one of Simply Skate sessions with your family and friends, dance the night away at our Friday Night Pulse sessions or enrol in our Learn to Skate programme where you can enhance your skills and learn everything you need to be confident on the ice. We also offer a friendly and welcoming disability session called SNAPS, which is perfect for those who require additional support on the ice. Check the timetable and skate on over to Billingham Forum Ice Arena.
Billingham Forum’s Ice Arena is also home to local ice hockey heroes Billingham Stars as well as our very own figure skating club, Billingham Ice Skating Club, who perform a variety of shows throughout the year! Don’t worry though, you don’t have to be a skating pro to enjoy everything we have on offer. From competent skaters to those who are more ‘Bambi on ice’, Forum Ice Arena encourages and welcomes all!
PLUS… Did you know Billingham Forum was originally opened in 1967 by Queen Elizabeth II. Find out more about the official opening here.
We’ll provide the skates and stability aids should you require one, just bring a sense of fun and wrap up warm – it gets a bit chilly in here!
